STARBORN BOXING – RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK & EVENT WAIVER

By purchasing, accepting, possessing, or using a ticket to attend Starborn Boxing 01 – To the Moon (“Event”), the ticket holder (“Attendee”) acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Attendee understands that attendance at a live boxing and entertainment event may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to accidental injury, contact with other attendees, crowd movement, slips, trips, falls, loud noises, flashing or strobe lighting, equipment-related incidents, and other risks associated with attending a live sporting event.

Attendee voluntarily assumes all ordinary and inherent risks associated with attending the Event, to the fullest extent permitted.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Attendee releases and agrees not to hold liable Starborn Boxing, its owners, organizers, affiliates, contractors, sponsors, partners, venue operators, employees, representatives, production personnel, fighters, officials, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) for claims arising from injuries, losses, or damages resulting from the ordinary and inherent risks of attending the Event.

Nothing in this waiver is intended to release any party from liability that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

3. PERSONAL PROPERTY

Attendee is responsible for their own personal belongings. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal property except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

4. EVENT CONDUCT

Starborn Boxing and venue personnel reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behavior is disruptive, threatening, dangerous, unlawful, or in violation of Event or venue policies.

Removal for violation of Event or venue policies may result in forfeiture of the ticket without refund, to the extent permitted by law.

5. PHOTO, VIDEO & MEDIA RELEASE

Attendee understands that the Event may be photographed, filmed, recorded, livestreamed, or otherwise documented.

By entering the Event premises, Attendee grants Starborn Boxing and its authorized partners permission to capture and use the Attendee’s image, likeness, and voice as they may incidentally appear in Event photography, video, livestreams, promotional content, social media, advertising, archival material, and other Event-related media, without additional compensation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. TICKET & EVENT POLICIES

Tickets may not be duplicated, counterfeited, or used for unauthorized commercial or promotional purposes.

Event schedules, fight cards, participants, bout order, and advertised appearances are subject to change.

Any refund, cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling rights will be governed by the refund policy presented at the time of purchase and applicable law.

7. COMPLIANCE WITH VENUE RULES

Attendee agrees to comply with all posted venue rules, security procedures, safety instructions, and lawful directions from Event and venue personnel.

8. MINORS

A parent or legal guardian purchasing or accepting a ticket for a minor represents that they have authority to do so and agrees to the applicable Event terms on the minor’s behalf to the extent permitted by law.

9. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By completing the ticket purchase and/or entering the Event, Attendee acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to review these terms and voluntarily agree to them.
